INSTRUMENTAL/SYSTEM NUCLEARIZATION

Adapting Traditional Trade Instruments to the Nuclear Environment

Nuclear Adapt has a nuclearization division whose role is to adapt any type of instrument to the nuclear industry. From the transformation of an instrument to the design of a containment building, our team will put all its experience at your service.

Why Adapt - Nuclearize?

Several aspects must be taken into account in nuclearization:

  • Protection of people: Ensure safe and facilitated operation of the instrument or system by reducing or even eliminating the intervention time close to the material: reduced absorbed dose.
  • Protection of property and the environment: To protect property by ensuring good waterproofing and the environment by leaving only the bare minimum in a severe environment: less waste created related to pure exploitation.
  • Optimizing the performance of the instrument: ensuring that the performance of the modified instrument is the same or better than that of the original instrument.
Nuclearization of an instrument Nuclearization of an Instrument

The nuclearization of an instrument is the adaptation of it to use in a confined environment. Just like the design of a containment building, nuclearization requires the consideration of certain parameters such as the safety measures to be put in place, constraints of all kinds and ergonomics.
